You have to forgive yourself.

Because you can never control anyone else’s opinions. It won’t matter. Because you’ve forgiven yourself for anything you’ve done that doesn’t meet your own standards. So their blame can’t wound you to the core.

Forgive yourself. For everything. Across all of time. Then? You can forgive others and let go of the anger, pain, trauma, blame, and maybe hatred that’s holding you back. Those energies that keep you from rising higher. From bringing higher-vibe people into your life.
