You can’t go wrong, whichever one you choose. Even though each HEART has a different focus, every energy within you is connected, so all you’re doing is choosing a direction. The first, second, third thread to unravel, to approach and untangle all that’s interwoven within you.
Help yourself by regaining respect for yourself. First, by clearing deeply embedded self-hatred. With self-hatred there is no self-respect. There’s an energy of self-annihilation. The Forgiven HEART. Can forgive. And can ask for forgiveness. But first?
You have to forgive yourself.
Forgiveness is hard. Real forgiveness. The one that runs to the core. Not the one that’s given quickly that brushes over what’s happened. The one that says, this happened, and it hurt badly, but I can let it go now, and what happened won’t ever come back up again, no matter how far down the road, or what else might happen, it won’t matter, this has been forgiven, and is now forgotten.
To do that? To really do that? You have to forgive yourself first. Even if you don’t think you did anything wrong in whatever situation. It doesn’t matter. Go deeper.
One of the major blocks stopping one person from forgiving another is the fear of having to take the blame for the situation. And not many want to do that. But. If you can forgive yourself — deeply — for everything that has happened, then it’s easier to let go of what happened. Because then even if the other person totally blames you? Which they might. Because you can never control anyone else’s opinions. It won’t matter. Because you’ve forgiven yourself for anything you’ve done that doesn’t meet your own standards. So their blame can’t wound you to the core.
Forgive yourself. For everything. Across all of time. Then? You can forgive others and let go of the anger, pain, trauma, blame, and maybe hatred that’s holding you back. Those energies that keep you from rising higher. From bringing higher-vibe people into your life.
And a twist on forgiveness? If across your life, it seems like no one has ever forgiven you easily, for anything. Cut you any slack. Let you off the hook. Forgave and forgotten. It’s because you’re not forgiving yourself. Because you are holding yourself up to an impossible standard. They are a mirror showing what you won’t give to yourself.
Take it a step further. If you don’t forgive yourself. Fully. For everything. Then you’ll unconsciously sabotage yourself and what you want. Because you don’t believe you really deserve it. So you punish yourself by energetically blocking what you want most.
Forgive yourself. It’s vital. Literally. To live. You have to.
Who are you? Without using any labels. Not in the context or comparison of others. And not connected to any expectation — those from others or of your own. Stripping all that out, it becomes a really hard question to answer. Here’s where you’ll land when you dive into it.
I AM.
Sounds like nothing, but it’s everything. It’s having total confidence. In who you are. At the core of your being. That’s what this HEART helps you attain. The energy of certainty, the energy of — I AM WHO I AM.
So you can then be whatever you want to be in this world, whenever you want to be it. Whatever it is. And that’s not faking it until you make it. Making you wonder if that’s what they think about you. And if they do? I’m here to say that and this healing is here to help you believe it. Do it. You’ll scream your boundaries out when you feel threatened the most but there won’t be any real power in what you say. And it’ll just lead to more poisonous anger infecting you, your life, and all that you’re doing.

They might not. Even if they love you. Especially if they love you. Because their fears, their doubts, their programming (which we’ve all gotten from this society) might make them think – only one in a million make it. And those thoughts are energy. And that energy seeps into your thoughts. And once it’s there it can sabotage you, making you doubt yourself and your ability to make your dreams real. It’s not their fault! And it’s not yours. But that energy, those thoughts, do need to be cleared out of your system.
Along with all of the other doubts and fears that have seeped in. Around what can and should be done by what age. Around what can’t be done after a certain age. Around how long you need to pay your dues or how anything that happens quick isn’t worth having. Around how your duties and obligations – maybe to your children – take precedence over what you love. And in general but especially in regards to children – The worst legacy a parent can leave their child is their own unlived life. Replace unlived with unloved. The child that can’t grow up, suck it up, or man up – not without healing. That child needs this. To be free of it all. To regain the joy and innocence a child is meant to have, is meant to embody.
