A cup of coffee. Made for you. By someone kind. Who's being kind. And considerate. To you.

It may not sound like much. But it happened to me. And it was TREMENDOUS. And I could feel the tremendous shift that it signified.

I'll take you back first, to explain why this – which was a unique sign for me from Spirit – was so significant.

The universe took everything material I'd built up around me out of my life a few years back, so I could find my worth. To trigger me to do that. So I could understand my worth. My true worth. The one inside, that once healed, could then rise, and be seen. First, by me.

It was far from easy. As I know a lot of you know from your own experience. But it's been absolutely brilliant.

Even when I could barely afford a cup of coffee. Which happened. When I reached my lowest material level, I was living with my sister, and I knew I couldn't really afford the coffee I loved. That was a hard morning.

I didn't want to take more than I had to from her and her husband while I lived there. So I'd shrunk as much as I could. To take up as little space as possible.

One morning, while doing that, I ran out of coffee. And my bank account didn't make buying more very easy.

And I'll tell you...my morning cup is my church, my meditation, my moment. For me. I take my time with it. Enjoy every second of every sip. Sitting quietly with it, reflecting on what's happening within and around me.

Not having one to do that with felt like rock bottom.

So I buckled. Took one of my brother-in-law's Keurig cups. Which was really difficult for me. To take. It felt like stealing. And while feeling that, I felt that I just couldn't believe how low I'd dropped.

Across my adult life, I'd moved myself all over the world. Lived and worked in three different countries. Visited a ton of other countries. Reached a senior position in the field I'd loved and dedicated myself to for nearly two decades. Was making six figures. Lived and supported myself in multiple high-priced cities.

To then not even be able to afford a cup of coffee.

But here's the thing. I wouldn't change a thing. Because of how much this journey has changed me. For the better. How much it's transformed the way I see and feel about myself and the world around me. How much better I feel about myself and who I am in this world that can't shake me the way it once did.

And to do that? To REALLY do that? Everything had to be stripped away. So I would see what had to be cleared away. Within. What was weighing me down across all of those countries I’d lived in. What I carried from one to the other. What had to be cleared, so I could then rebuild myself and my life, from a more stable and WHOLE foundation.

That doesn't happen overnight. It takes time.

How could it not? Completely rebuilding yourself. To and from the core of your being.

It came up in a session I had with a client last week. The time it takes. Came through in a message that came straight from Spirit.

What they said – to paraphrase – was that when on a Spiritual Journey – a transformation – for a while things will look like nothing is changing. To you in your outer world. To the world around you, when they look at you.

Imagine yourself as a line that just keeps going without even so much as a little blip. At least, seemingly.

It looks like nothing you're doing is having any impact, is making any difference. Nothing in your life is changing. But what can't be seen, is what's inside of you – which IS going through a MASSIVE CHANGE. A transformation. You're literally rebuilding your entire system.

Then? After you've given that the time it needs. The time you deserve. The time it takes.

BAM.

In a blink of an eye, your outer world TRANSFORMS. Everything changes. Everything you've wanted can finally come to you. Because you're now a vibrational match to it.

You'll know when that BAM is coming because you'll see little shifts happening. Leading up to it.

For me? I saw it that morning. When I woke up to a cup of coffee. Already brewing. Ready for me. In an apartment I'm renting in the city I love that I'm back in.

I teared up as I was drinking it. Thinking how far I'd come. And how this brew was sent to me from the Universe as a sign. To tell me, to show me that I'd made it. Here.

Which is so far from where I was.

Back to where my heart comes to life. Where I feel fully alive. With a heart that’s fully healed. Ready to rebuild my life. In the right way.

It took a whole lot of work to get here.

Work I had to do. Work I love to do. For me. But also, for and with you. All of you reading this and everyone else out there who wants this. A healed and whole heart. A healed and whole life. To have that, I had to learn HOW to become whole. What works. To help others who want that.

Here's what I learned...

Destruction Before Creation.

You have to clear out all of the old heartaches, all of the harder energies (shame, blame, guilt, etc), all of the societal programming and limits that you've soaked in, anything negative trying to hold you back, all of the karma you need to learn from. You have to do that. Learn from that, which 'destroys' all of that. To make space.

It's not easy to do and you have to come at it from a lot of different angles. To go to the deepest reaches, around every corner within you. It's WHY I was driven to create 70+ HEART Alchemē Kits.

I'm done creating those now. There's enough of them to clear out everything that has to go.

And once it's gone? Then. You can CREATE.

But not in the 3D, not straight away. Not yet.

See it this way. Once cleared, you're an empty vessel. A container that's free and clear. Ready to embed the 'right' energies.

Ready to re-CREATE yourself. From the core out. The right way. Built on the most vital core energies. The energies that need to be embedded deeply within you. So you feel, innately...

YOU MATTER.

YOU CAN TRUST.

I don't know about you but there was no one telling me that when I was little. Or for that matter, since. Not because my parents didn't love me. Far from it. But they just didn't know. What creates the right foundation within. What every person really needs to hear, to feel about themselves.

Since starting down this path, I've told myself all of it. Plenty. And since I stopped creating the HEART Alchemē Kits, I felt guided to create Light Codes that embed these (and other) vital energies within one's energy system. And those have been a GAME CHANGER.

Through them, I saw something important. In the way I felt guided to create them. How IMPORTANT it is – like you saw in that clip – to HEAR it. Not just say it to yourself. But to hear it being said to you. First.

There's also a static mantra that goes with it. One that flips the script – once you're ready for that – to the first person. So once it’s said to you enough, you can then say it to yourself and believe it even more deeply..

It's a lot of work. I won't pretend it’s not. But it's all so very worth it. And it all not only leads to more joy, but can be so joyous throughout. Everything will come from that. First, in the form of a cup. Then the whole pot. Of gold. One that comes, one that is created from the core of your being out.
